Kingdom Hearts: DJ Khaled Remix

Another resurrection by our one and only Square Enix. By resurrection I mean the remastering, updating and refreshing of the Kingdom Hearts series, a series loved by generation after generation. So i'm here to say that another game from our legacy is being brought back to the prestigious quality that it wants, needs and deserves.

What you say that Kingdom Hearts had already been remastered in the 1.5 remix well chuck that out the door and onto the pavement because the 2.5 remix is remastering the remastered games including Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. The only downer is that it might only be released on PS3 and not the next-gen consoles but I have faith that ill be able to see all three hours of HD remastered cinematic's.

As for the key features like goofy, playful music and cartoonish worlds, they are all still there but now they just look like they went through a car wash after twenty years of laying in mud. They keep the old content the same which is nice but as an added benefit of buying the game you also gain access to previously non-existing content, which as I see a nice business plan brought in by the dev's but I still think the game is slightly over-priced for whats its worth unless your reallyyyyyyy into nostalgia.

In conclusion the game is slightly buggy which may turn a small population but if you get past that and would like to just enjoy a bunch of new cinematic's, revamped game-play and a medium amount of new content then Kingdom Hearts: HD 2.5 Remix is going to be a great buy.

C for Cinematic's

8.5/10
